How long does a screen repair take?
Most screen repairs are completed in 15-30 minutes while you wait.
Do you use original parts?
We use high-quality OEM-compatible parts that match the performance of the original.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If anything goes wrong with the repair we performed, bring it back and we'll fix it free of charge. Please note: the warranty does not cover new physical damage (drops, cracks) or liquid damage after the repair.
Do you offer doorstep service?
Yes! We come to you within 20km of Cookstown. Free within 10km.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed — walk-ins are welcome during business hours.
Can you recover data from a broken device?
In most cases, yes. Bring it in and we'll assess the situation for free.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
Do you fix gaming consoles?
Yes — PlayStation and Nintendo Switch repairs are available.
